Why in Lviv

Lviv

Lviv is a unique city, in which history, culture, mentality of two worlds – the East and the West – are tolerantly merged

Cooperations

We have many years experience in organizing language study programs abroad for organised groups (from universities or institutions), both in Europe and America. Our School of Ukrainian language and culture is used to receiving these groups on a regular basis and to providing them with the personal attention that is needed in order to ensure that the study visit is successful.

What we offer

We arrange language courses for any Organized groups. These group programs are entirely tailor-made to suit the requirements of each particular group. We can arrange tuition, accommodation, activities and airport transfers, or tuition only.

How to book

Simply contact us and indicate what you would like us to arrange for your group. We will then put together a proposed Group Program for your group and will send this to you, for your agreement, indicating the cost, per student. Elements can be added to or removed from the program, as required.

Course content

Students on Group Programs are normally taught as closed groups. The Group Leader will normally indicate to us the number of lessons required per week, as well as the specific topics, areas of grammar or language functions that are to be covered in the lessons. Our school will then prepare the precise course content.

Accommodation

We can arrange accommodation in carefully selected host families, student residences, or self-catering apartments. However, groups can make their own accommodation arrangements, if they prefer.

Activities

We are normally asked to include an activities program. This is tailor-made to suit the requirements of the group. The accompanying tutor will simply indicate what is to be included, and we will also make suggestions.

Group size

A group can be any size, from 10 students upwards. Typical groups are 10 to 30 students, but can be any number.

Duration

A Group Program will typically be of 1 or 2 weeks, but can be any length.

Payment

Once the Group Leader has indicated that they are happy with the proposed program and wish to proceed with the booking, they will be asked to pay a deposit for each student in the group. The balance is due 8 weeks before the arrival of the group.

Accompanying tutors

We normally provide free accommodation for tutors accompanying the group.

Airport Transfers

We can arrange for groups to be met on arrival and returned to the airport at the end of the course.

Travel and Insurance

We do not arrange travel or insurance.
